IDL-2010 is special design for heavy duty mattress binding machine. It is a fast & efficient method for taping panels and box springs. Powerful top belt feeding and extra high needle bar stroke let heavy duty mattress will be easy binding.

 

․It has extra high needle bar stroke up to needle plate is 13mm.

․Using powerful upper belt feeding with twin belts.

․Pneumatic presser foot lift up.

․Binding on heavy duty mattress on about 50 mm thickness ability.
